We can ship to virtually any address in the world. We normally ship 7 days a week, with packages being picked up Monday-Saturday. Our current ship time for an order containing only in-stock items is 2-4 business days.
If your order contains any pre-ordered items, your entire order will ship when the pre-ordered item is ready. The approximate release date will be shown on the pre-ordered product when you place your order. Please note that date is an approximation of when we expect to have your yarn ready, but the exact ship date may vary.
If you're in a rush for any particular color, please order only items that are in stock (they won't say Pre-Order in the title), and order all pre-order items separately.
All US orders of $50 or more get free shipping. We will ship out USPS First Class Mail or Priority, depending on the weight of the package.
Shipping prices will be shown in the shopping cart before you are asked to pay.

US Orders: Orders shipping to a US address will ship via USPS First Class mail if under 13 oz which takes around 3-5 business days; sometimes longer. If over 13 oz, they will ship via USPS Priority Mail, which arrives in approximately 2-3 business days; sometimes longer. US orders of $50 or more will ship for free.
International Orders: If your order is shipped outside the United States, we will send it via USPS First Class Mail International if under 4 lbs. If over 4 lbs, we will ship via USPS Global Priority Mail. Exact shipping times will depend upon your country, but we find most orders arrive within 2-3 weeks, with the occasional package taking longer.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, click My Account and then click Orders. Click on the order that contains the items you'd like to return and then click Return Request and fill out the form. You'll then receive an approval from us via email with further instructions.
Exchanges. We don't offer exchanges. You'll need to return the items you no longer want and we will process that. To receive the items you do want, please place a separate order for those items to ensure they don't sell out. Our products sell out quickly and we can't guarantee any given item will remain in stock.
