I finished the entire two-piece project in one day. It is a quick and easy for a last-minute gift (or for sudden drops in temps like we will have in a few days). It is easy to understand and great for beginners. The only thing I would change is that the headband could be a little narrower. It is so wide that the bottom sometimes gets pushed up and comes off my ears if I put my head too far back.

I had made my very first sweater, Creery in Marshmallow and Diane (blue) and had a skein of each left over. This pattern works perfect. I can the set with either sweater.
