Soft and Light
This yarn is just lovely to knit. Soft, fluffy and light as a cloud, with just a pop of bright aqua blue to keep things interesting. I can tell the drape of my shawl will be perfect when it's finished, and I'm already plotting my next project with Luster Sport.
Frosted Freesia Luster Sport
This yarn is soft and squishy and shiny!! The frosty grey with icy blue are beautiful. Thanks again, Chandi for a gorgeously dyed yarn!!
Perfect blend of colors for gorgeous tonality, soft as silk!
Frosted Freesia is one of my absolute favorite color ways. From a distance, it appears as a solid with highlights and lowlights one would attribute to lighting. On closer inspection, this color way has been thoughtfully crafted to contain no counting how many shades. If you live in a cool climate, I envy you, and you will enjoy the fabulous drape of this yarn made into any garment and the timeless sheen and texture of silk, which actually a carefully chosen tencel. If you live in a sweltering hot climate, this yarn will cause rejoicing. I can wear my beautiful shawls in the summer! This is my favorite of the merino tencel color ways. Other favorites are: Amphitrite (a deep neutral purple), snowfall (a light gray with the lightest hints of green) and Reclaimed (the perfect verdigris green). You will love this yarn base--as will your friends, who will start making requests...
