Shawls are lovely, but most simple ones are tedious to work, and many of the exciting ones have patterns so complex, you find yourself looking at the pattern as often as you look at your work. This shawl has is a wonderful combination. It looks fairly complex, but it is constructed with easy to memorize patterns. The color changes are not too frequent and by the time, you might be getting bored with an ordinary shawl, it is time to change patterns and make it interesting again. Enjoyable to create, fresh and exciting to wear!
I can't wait to make this! I LOVE the colors that is shown. I just may have to break down and order them!
I am excited to add this beautiful shawl to my knitting projects for spring/summer. It is beautiful.
This is a stunning yet simple shawl that can go with jeans or be used to dress up for a night out. Easy to follow patterns and yarn that is drool worthy. A great spring or summer project.
Another well written pattern for a beautiful shawl. Haven't had a chance to make it yet, but I'm looking forward to wearing this one this Summer!
This shawl pattern is easy enough for newer knitters to work up while still providing interest for more experienced knitters. Although the yarn suggestion for the pattern is alpaca silk it works up beautifully on any DK weight yarn. This is going to become a go-to pattern for shawls when I have DK weight yarn.
Without a doubt, Emily writes and knits such beautiful patterns. So glad to be able to have this pattern in my list of knits. Happy Knitting!!
