BYGONE BLOOMS – Part of our enduringly popular Vintage Floral Collection. Bygone Blooms is a sophisticated, subtle medley of antique, smoky blue, creamy taupe, silvery ecru, light caramel, and blushing rose with just a hint of muted sage. Bygone Blooms captures the nostalgic essence of a forgotten garden. Each skein tells a story of vintage charm and timeless elegance, perfect for creating heirloom quality knit and crochet projects that are reminiscent of days gone by.

“Tend to your dreams as you would precious flowers — they bloom when nurtured, not when neglected.” – Aloo Denish Obiero

Please note the photo shows an "average" skein. Tonality and shades may vary, with some skeins containing more white than shown. Please only order if you're okay with yours being different from the photo.

YARN: Oasis Camel Silk Fingering - 50% Camel, 50% Mulberry Silk

Exotic, sultry camel fiber is blended with shimmering mulberry silk. When you want to treat yourself, this is the way to go!

  • 3-ply: For soft, yet long-wearing projects with incredible shimmer!
  • Camel fiber is super soft, lightweight, and strong with a subtle sheen, while mulberry silk is smooth and strong with a slinky feel that helps the yarn slide nicely on your needles and hooks.
  • When camel and mulberry silk are combined, you get saturated colors that really pop!
  • Fingering Weight: Wonderful for heirloom or wedding shawls, other wraps, scarves and sweaters, and so much more.
  • Yardage: 500 yds/ 457 m
  • Weight: Approximately 3.5 oz / 100 g
  • Recommended Knitting Needle Size: US 0-7 (2.00 mm - 4.5 mm)
  • Recommended Crochet Hook Size: B-G (2.25 mm - 4.25 mm)

Note: Each skein is a hand-created, unique work of art and no two skeins will be identical, even within the same dye lot. If working with more than one skein in a project, it is best to alternate skeins every other row. Despite every effort to accurately depict our product colors, actual shades may vary due to differences in monitor settings.
