Adorable Fancy Flower Coasters!
Things to Know About This Pattern:
•Advanced Beginner Level – nothing complicated, but you’ll need to follow along to see exactly what I’m doing. As long as you can work the basic crochet stitches, you’ll be golden!
•Great for using up tidbits and scraps of fingering weight or sock yarn! You’ll also need a size US E hook.
•Quick and fun! You’ll be whipping these out in no time and have a whole set to give as a gift or decorate your own home with love.
•Make them solid like I did, or change colors each row for fun and funky combinations. Or use hand-painted sock yarns for lots of wild options!
•Dainty and thin and perfect for using while sipping your afternoon tea or your morning coffee. Yes, please!
•Not much yardage needed! So they’re cheap to make.
Although I don't have the exact shades available for you, you can use any fingering weight yarn you like.

You may sell the items you make using my patterns. I just ask that you link back to my shop. Thanks!
I am doing Pattern Stash building. There are 2 projects that I have to finish before I start the coasters for my step-mother. Great pattern. Thank you.
I made two, sew them together and made a perfumed cushion for our guest room. How sweet it is!!
Thank you for the free pattern and tutorial. These will be lots of fun to make for Christmas gifts.
Thank you for the lovely pattern!
loved making these. Made them as a gift for a girlfriend who loved them
They are sooo cute! Great option for easy gift, and also great for cozy home.
great for gifts
Recently got a table from my dad, who had since passed, so I'm doing all I can to make sure out stays beautiful... This helps, is quick, easy, and the end product is beautiful, even if you don't use EFA yarns!
I was trying the pattern for the first time when a friend asked if I could make her some potholders. I showed her the pictures and she then asked if they could be bigger. I pulled out some natural wool for its heat resistant properties and made one. As soon as she saw it she said, "Make another one and you have a sale!" The pattern is easy to follow. I have newly returned to creating and I didn't get much time in before I had to stop the first time. I would say I'm still new and it just took me a little longer than I think it should.
These coasters are easy to make and are a great way to use all your left over yarn from other projects. They also sold very well at the craft fair!
I first watched Chandi's tutorial for this pattern and then downloaded the pattern to make another!
Really quick and easy to follow pattern. Great gift idea!
How much fun are these?!???!! Think I'm going to include a coaster with every pair of socks I give away!
I am not an expert on crochet, so I stick with patterns that are easy to read. I don't do clothing pieces as I can't get the sizing right. I have tried many times. I stick with shawls, afghans, scarfs and baby blankets. I hate putting motifs together but will if I like the pattern enough.
Just started making this lovely pattern with some DK weight cotton yarn. I think the coasters are going to be really beautiful and I have a variety of colors to make a complete set. I think they will make wonderful Christmas gifts for my family and friends!
Easy to make. Easy to follow tutorial. I ordered the yarn from Chandi's site. Cannot be happier. I am making these for gifts and I know they will be well received. Stress free project.
Easy to order at the right orice
I used super chunky yarn and made a cute rug with this pattern. Thank you so much for sharing!
These were fun and easy to make. Have made a couple sets and just love them,so do the people I made them for as gifts. Instructions were easy to follow. Thank you for the pattern.
I played yarn chicken and lost! Pattern suggests using fingering weight scraps but not minimum needed. You'll need at least 25 yards, but plan with 35 or plan to do different colored rounds if your scraps are shorter length.
Patter and useful. Great for n: very easy to follow and works up quickly in case you need a present at the last minute. Finished product is lovely. Great for gifts. Have gifted this and it was received with excitement and is being used with pride.
Very easy pattern to follow!! I am actually sewing each coaster together to make an afghan!!! Thanks Chandi for sharing this wonderful fun pattern!!!
This pattern is well written and easy to understand. I was able to quickly make 6 coasters for a housewarming gift. Even though I knew how to do the Magic Loop beginning, I appreciated the tutorial link. The pattern is made of 6 rounds. The directions are clear, and there were no errors. This is a great way for me to use up those walnut-sized balls of leftover sock yarn.
quite pretty and easy, peazy
