I love the sock yarn however I am not a fan of hanks as they are more likely to have knots in general and I had to cut in the middle of the skein and this weekend I will spend at least an hour untangling the leftover yarn which I can't stand! Her yarn is immaculate in color and fiber and its a crime to have to waste it at all. Also the pattern is a pdf which you can't pull back up.
It is great to have a crochet sock pattern! The directions seem clear and easy to follow. I can't wait to get started on this pattern.
I downloaded this pattern the other day and plan on working on these this weekend. I have never had a problem with any of your crochet or knit oatterns, everything always turns out beautiful and it is made more enjoyable when using your yarns. Thank you for all of your wondefful patterns and gorgeous yarns
Very excited to try this pattern. I'm a knitter trying to advance past wash clothes in crochet and this pattern seems to be the one to push me forward.
As usual they have another delightful pattern. Easy to read, follow and successfully complete. I find the socks very comfortable to wear. I was going to give them as a gift but decided to keep them. I will just have to make this pattern again. YEA!!
So happy to find a beautiful sock pattern that's crocheted instead of knitted!!
Once I get a yarn I like this will be the first pair of socks I'll make. Thanks for the pattern!
The Flights of Fancy socks are gorgeous and easy to do, with a well-written pattern (as usual, Chandi). Thank you.
I grabbed the sock pattern about 4 days ago when it premiered as a free pattern, which I'm so grateful that Expression Arts does free patterns for both knitting and crochet. I only crochet, and when a sock pattern for crochet pops up, I'm always intrigued. I got one sock done over the weekend using Loops and Threads Woollike yarn, and it is perfect! Very easy to read and keep count. I highly suggest stitch markers. I usually don't use them, but they made a huge difference in this project. Thank you!
