YARN: This pattern is designed for use with 3 skeins of our Buttery Bulky yarn in colorways: Diana (1 skein), Fetish (1 skein) and Mountain Top (1 skein). Choose any colorways you like, though. I used nearly all of each skein so if making a larger size, order 2 per color.
SIZE: Approximately 40” in circumference and 11.5” long without blocking. Instructions are provided for creating your perfect fit.
NEEDLES: You'll need US Size 11 (8.00 mm) 24" circular needles.

Gorgeous shrug, very colorful. Could be made longer if preferred, many color variations possible, would make a great holiday gift. I knit a lot and am always considering variations, without joining in the round would make a great throw for a couch, the end of the bed etc. What makes this so great is the yarn & pattern; seasoned knitters know their yarns and patterns very well...you can always rely on this lady for a classy match. Thanks for the patter, B.
Just started with the pattern, am making a smaller cowl with leftover yarn from stash. Video and Description very helpful.
Im making it a bit smaller as a cowl, using leftover yarn from my stash. So far, so good. Description and video accurate and helpful! Love the inspiration!
Great shoulder warmer! It looks great, feels soft and warm, and fits nicely. I CO 120 stitches and sized down 1 needle size for the last 2 rows and BO so it would sit at the top of my shoulders better.
Ok I have only been knitting for a couple months. This is a great easy pattern. You could go casual with this or depending on the yarn colors dress it up to look very elegant. Great for chilly mornings and cool evenings is a great piece to snaz up a simple dress or tank and jeans. Just a note on size. I CO 128 stitches and measured around shoulders 44 inches . Fits me perfect and has a great stretch. Plan to make another one.
I just made this pattern, and I love it! The corrugated ribbing allows for some stretch (and was good practice for holding yarn in two hands), and it feels like wearing a hug. It's a great way to upgrade an outfit.
Can't wait to get started!!!
The elements of this pattern make it an interesting knit while being a good project to work while enjoying TV or an audiobook. Simple enough for confident beginners who want to work with multiple colors and an excellent project for practicing knitting with yarn held in two hands. The finished piece is a lovely addition to any wardrobe and is as easily customizable as getting out a measuring tape and knitting a small swatch. Beautiful design. Haven't completed it yet but can't wait to be able to wear it.
