YARN - NORTH DK WEIGHT -66% Extra Fine Merino Wool, 34% Pima Cotton
A collection of yarn inspired by my home, Alaska. All colorway names are based on cities and towns in this beautiful state and mix and match perfectly. A soft, gentle, flexible yarn that feels amazing on your skin and has a lovely bounce!
•Dyed wool is laced with strands of undyed, ivory cotton for a subtle, heathered look
•Dk Weight: Amazing for sweaters, hats, blankets, scarves, shawls and more.
•Yardage: 241 m / 264 yd
•Weight: 100 g / 3.5 oz
•Recommended Knitting Needle Size: US 6-8
•Crochet Hook Size: G-H
Note: Each skein is a hand-created, unique work of art and no two skeins will be identical, even within the same dye lot. If working with more than one skein in a project, it is best to alternate skeins every other row. Despite every effort to accurately depict our product colors, actual shades may vary due to differences in monitor settings.
I was finally able to get some of this beautiful yarn to make sweaters for both my husband and I, and I am so glad I did! I have worked up my swatches and I can already tell I am going to love spending the hours with this fiber
This yarn is soft and bouncy. I have made 2 cowls as gifts in two shades.,Seward and Kenai. Now I’m using Kenai, Sitka and Valdez for a shawl, and Anchorage for a cowl for me!! Think I love it much?! Chandi and Tim create some of the most beautiful colors on fabulous yarn bases!!
This yarn works up beautifully
