US size 11 (8.0 mm) 24” and 32” circular and DPNs or small circumference circular, or size needed to make gauge.

Notes From the Designer:

This sweater makes a great project for first-time garment knitters! Knit from the top down in the round, it features a  wide neck and simple stitch patterns so you can enjoy the process of sweater knitting without getting caught up in a complicated pattern. The best part? No neck or waist shaping! Worn with 2-5” of positive ease, this sweater leaves room for layers without being too oversized, and will make a great staple piece in your wardrobe.

•This easy pullover is worked in the round from the wide ribbed neck down to the hem, with simple increases to shape the yoke and sleeves. Once the shaping is complete, the sleeve sts are put on hold and the rest of the body is worked down to the ribbed hem. The sleeves are then worked down to the cuff ribbing, shaped by decreases along the way.

•The length can be easily adjusted by knitting the body to desired length after the yoke shaping is complete.

This pattern and accompanying course was so helpful! It was wonderful to be able to reference a video anytime I got stuck because YouTube is how I’ve learned to knit so having each step of the way explained made it so much less stressful! I feel like I can knit anything now!

I haven't started the sweater, however I have listened to the course thru and look forward to getting yarn to complete my sweater. The course is explained well. And there is more than enough support to complete the sweater. The pattern is super easy so a beginner knitter can complete this project. Love the instructor's enthusiasm.

I purchased course and yarn. I am very happy with the yarn. I cannot find the course video only the pattern. I may have misunderstood but I thought there would be a instructional video also. *store note*. There will be a link to the videos within the pattern.

full disclosure: I have never knitted a sweater before and I am self taught, English style. While I have not begun this project yet, I watched the vid and read the pattern. I am excited to start this project and feel confident to do so thanks to Chandi's enthusiasm and expert tutorial.
