Notes From the Designer:

•Waterfalls are enchanting to me. Graceful, yet powerful; mesmerizing in their display of the force of nature. During a family vacation one year, we spent the better part of a day exploring several of the many waterfalls in the Columbia River Gorge. Each very different, each beautiful in their own way. The most memorable to me was Multnomah Falls. At over 600 feet high, it is an inspiring sight to see!

•This poncho may be worn in several ways. When allowing one side to drop straight from your shoulder, it is reminiscent of the steady stream of a waterfall.

•The poncho is knit as a flat rectangle, using a very simple lace pattern and knitted-on i-cord edge. Before binding off, stitches are picked up along one edge. The 3 needle bind off then completes the design, requiring only the weaving in of ends inside of the i-cord.

I just love this pattern! I haven’t had the chance to make it as of yet. But it’s in the list, Lolo I am just slow in my needlework as I quilt during the day and crochet or knit in the evenings! I am so appreciative of your patterns, thank you for your generosity!
