nice color but bleeds like crazy!

This color is beautiful but i can't recommend this yarn. I have soaked it 3 times so far and it won't stop bleeding color. the color is a red now as the first time i soaked and it stained my hands. i don't think the dyers are heating it enough to fully absorb the dye or are not rinsing it near enough. don't use it with light colors if you plan to wet block because your project will be ruined!
