Notes from the Designer:

Sarayu means “zephyr.” This wrap is flowy like a gentle breeze. The shawl can be crocheted with any lightweight yarn. Use bright colors to uplift your senses or neutrals to pair with everything.

• The Updated Version shown used approximately 2,494 yds/2,281 m total: Color A: 1,254 yds/ 1,147 m and Color B: 1,240 yds/1,134 m.
• The Original Version used three skeins of Oasis Camel Silk Fingering in color Milky Way Galaxy or approximately 1,460 yds/1,335 m total.
• The Updated Version was crocheted with the yarn held double throughout.
• The Original Version was crocheted with a single strand throughout.
• This pattern doesn’t have a right or wrong side, and gauge is not crucial for this project.
• Make sure you check the stitch count at the end of each row to ensure straight edges.
• The row stitch count is written as: [Original Version’s # of stitches (or chain spaces) / Updated Version’s # of stitches (or chain spaces)].
