Alpaca silk
I purchased "cornsilk" Alpaca silk skein for a shawl. The most beautiful wool I've ever worked with. Amazingly soft and luxurious! 5 stars

Great yarn!
This yarn was very easy to work with. Very soft, yet strong enough. Loved the silky shine and the soft feel to it. I made the Seren pattern with it and it looks awesome, better than I initially thought.
Silk Alpaca DK: cornsilk
I'm knitting the beautiful Senen (Stars) shawl and scarf in Silk Alpaca DK: cornsilk. The yarn is beautiful to work with: soft, squishy alpaca. and mixed with silky shine. (Wooden needles grips the yarn, and It's easier to knit with... metal needles are too slippery and the silky yarn tends to slide off the needles.} The pattern is very clearly written, but I had problems memorizing it... I've false started several times before I mastered it.
