This pattern is designed for use with 2 skeins of our Alpaca Silk Dk in colorway: Calypso. Choose any color you like, though. You'll need US Size 6 (4.00 mm) straight or circular needles, plus a spare needle for a 3-needle bind off.
About This Gorgeous Cowl:
•Quick to make! Makes a wonderful gift.
•Only uses 2 skeins of yarn so it won't break the bank.
•The pattern repeats so is easy to learn and continue to work on!
•Intermediate level. You'll need a basic grasp on knitting and the various knit stitches.

Cyandine cowl pattern
I am on the last step of the cowl, the 3-needle bind off. I'm not usually comfortable with lace, but this was relatively easy and looks beautiful. I want to use the pattern elsewhere, maybe in socks or a scarf.

Cyan dine knitted cowl
I have not made this one yet but am sure it will be gorgeous!
Have not made it yet
Love the pattern but have not had time to make it yet. I am thinking of making it a scarf instead of a cowl. Love the wavy look to the pattern.
looks lovely
I haven't knitted it up yet, but did look it over. I also had 3 friends share this on FB saying how nice it looked - I reminded them that it was a free pattern ( they shared the last day) and told them to log in and download it before the time expired! I know at least one of them did
Pretty cowl
I am making this cowl now for my daughter. I am using the DK yarn color Scarlet. I am loving this pattern and this yarn!! Easy pattern, just enough to keep it interesting. Can't wait till it's finished! Will make one for me!
Beautiful
Thank you so much for the free pattern I can't wait to make it.

I love Expression Fiber Arts
With this company, you get complete pattern instructions that are clear and concise making projects very easy to complete without becoming a partially finished project! I highly recommend all fellow Fiberholics to give Chandi and her crew a try. I do not think you'll be disappointed!
4 only because I haven't had a chance to start it
At first I wasn't sure about the pattern but the closer I looked at the stitchery, the more I knew I had to try it! Plus, the way it was modeled ??? Well, for some reason seeing it draped around the upper arm added fuel to the fire - - How much you want to bet 4 goes to a 5 when I get going on it?? I am still stoked I found your sight!! Linda
