This pattern is designed for use with 5 skeins of our Pearlescent Superwash Merino Wool Silk Worsted Weight yarn in colorway: Sterling Silver. Choose any colorway you like, though!
Elegant. Shimmering. Versatile.
•An intermediate pattern for those comfortable with crochet. If you're familiar with following patterns, you'll be fine.
•This is a large rectangle wrap you can wear while out to dinner with friends or while taking a stroll through the park.
•Guessing at the exact amount of yardage isn't necessary because the pattern repeats. So you can stop at multiple points and be fine.
•Turn this into a scarf by working fewer repeats. Great for gifts!
•Fairly quick to work up!
•You'll need a size J (6.00 mm) hook. You'll want to be comfortable with single, double, and half double crochets, as well as chaining.

Once again I am overloaded in projects and will get to this gorgeous pattern soon as I can. Thank you so much for making such wonderful patterns available free.
The shawl is beautiful. I have started the pattern and pulled it apart a couple of times. I am having difficulty following the pattern. It would be great if there was a video tutorial.
I really enjoy the beauty of this casual shawl! It's all open and light so perfect fro summer wear.
This looks very easy to work up, however... I’m sorry to say, I really wouldn’t know based solely on the pictures! There is no close up, every time I attempt to enlarge the picture it flips to the next one, and I find it very distracting the poses you make in the photos. I love that you are showing off this beautiful piece of work, but I want to see the project, and not your modeling abilities.
Well written pattern! And it works up beautifully!
many times with new patterns I have any hesitation with, I work them up in a less expensive yarn, so that if I make a mistake , I am not possibly destroying a lovely yarn. I started this pattern out using a Sweet Roll in peanut butter pop... I just finished the first set of pattern rows and I think this is just wonderful ... I find the pattern easy to read and follow. I know this is going to turn out great and can hardly wait to finish so I can start on another one with a more luxurious yarn.. I will post a pic when this first draft is complete. The only improvement or addition would be a diagram section for the pattern, for those that find that a good reference with the written pattern . This is already so pretty I can hardly put the project down.
This pattern was a dream to make. I finished my shawl in a week, just in time to give to my mom for her to wear at my sister's wedding. The repeats are easy to memorize and I brought my yarn everywhere because I wanted to keep working on the shawl! Love, love, love the finished product!
This pattern is easy to follow. I am working on it now and I can't wait to see the results.
I have not worked it up yet, but reading it, im excited! I know it will be lovely like all your others.
Can't wait to get started!!!
Was searching for a unique pattern to make as my next project....I am an avid knitter so finding things that are a little edgy is sometimes difficult. This pattern came along just at the right time for me...Once i finish my baby wear order...it is next on the list...cant wait to get started!!!
I do plan on making this lovely shawl in the near future. Love how it looks on the model.
I am making the Hoover Dam stole for my daughter. It is such an easy pattern to follow - great instructions - and looks really modern with lovely clear lines. I'm really enjoying making this! Thank you Chandi
Technical in its work. Well worth it.
While I have yet to make the wrap I have read and re-read the pattern. It is well written, detailed and I believe once started by a slightly seasoned crocheter would be veey easy. Love it and it is on my listl
I'm still working on it but it's coming along beautifully. Thank you Chandi for another amazing shawl pattern!
Beautiful shawl. I can't wait to make it.
I haven't started this pattern yet but have read through it and think it will be a easy pattern to follow. Just trying to figure out what yarn color to use...and get it ordered.
This is a wonderful pattern, but then all of Chandi's patterns have a special appeal for me because the yarns are so beautiful. All of them are clearly written and picturesd as well.
