Amal
I have the Amal in the purples, blues and the greens. I have started the Laiken shawl pattern in the greens. It knits beautifully. It felt a little scratchy in the hank but feels nice in the knitted form. I'm looking forward to the finished and blocked shawl.
Beautiful color not into the yarn base
I'm pretty sure it's the linen fibers. To me it comes off too scratchy. I have pretty sensitive skin though. The color is gorgeous though. I haven't used the yarn in a project I don't want to be too harsh until I know how it works up in projects.
Amal Fingering
I am not usually a fan of Alpaca with linen, but once this was blocked it was beautiful! Drapes wonderfully and is so luxurious! I knitted the Papallona pattern and it turned out gorgeous!
